Instructions: Creating a listing
It’s really easy!
If you want to create your listing quickly and correctly, we recommend that you use our checklist.
We can take you through step by step.
General Information
To put a listing together in an organised manner, we recommend that you first of all collect all documents together and prepare all content. This means that you should write all texts beforehand, order required documents or take them from where you have them filed and scan them if they are not yet available in digital form.
Personally written information
We recommend that you write concise listing headings and a detailed description beforehand in Word or another word processing program. Please note that this text is integrated into both the listing and your sales documentation. The more professional and detailed your description is, the more interesting your property will appear. This can even increase the sales value of your property. In the same way, photos can influence the value of your property. For this reason, we recommend that you supply good photos in adequate quality which are no larger than 10 MB.

Original documents and anonymous versions
There is no differentiation between non-anonymised and anonymised documents. In the course of anonymisation, we enable you to submit all documents, which will be published in the sale listing and on the sales document, in anonymised form. However, you are obliged to submit the originals for authentication purposes. For this reason, you can always upload both versions.
